purpose
All of the videos below have been selected to provide supplemental instruction to our wrestlers outside of the wrestling room. Topics are varied but include information on technique, conditioning, motivation, cutting weight, and mental preparation to name a few. Each group of videos is a playlist and it is suggested that wrestlers click on the drop down menu in the upper left of each box to select videos that are appropriate for their skill level and area of emphasis. Playlists are usually in order according to the techniques being taught, and usually range from easier and more general at the beginning, to being more challenging and specific near the end of each topic.
